Jim McWhirter
Executive Director,
Jim McWhirter has been a builder and developer for over 28 years. Specializing in retirement communities and assisted living facilities, he is an Oklahoma State licensed administrator and registered food services operator. He has been married to Lisa for 37 years and they have three children; Tara and Branden Schnider, Marci and Josh Simmons, and Scott and Allison McWhirter. Jim also trains the Oklahoma Highway Patrol Emergency Response Dive Team.

Kyle Parker
Co–Director, Social Services & Lifestyle Director
Kyle Parker was born and raised in Oklahoma. He graduated from Oklahoma Christian University with a degree in Youth Ministry. He has served as a youth and family minister and worship minister for 12 years. He is married to Brienne, and one son, Noah, who is 2 1/2. Kyle enjoys reading, spending time with family, eating, and singing. Kyle enjoys his new ministry to the residents at Tealridge and looks forward to many more years of service here.

Allison Conti
Director of Marketing
Allison Watkins joins us from News 9. She has an extensive background in the marketing and Advertising industry including KWTV News 9 where she was most recently an Account Executive. She has also worked for Renda Broadcasting Group and The Daily Oklahoman. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, cooking, camping, arts and crafts, reading, and her most recent love is her beautiful 6 month old Joseph Nash.

Katy Terrell
Business Administrator – CPA
Katy Terrell graduated from Harding University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting in 1996. She worked for 3 ½ years in Public Accounting, specializing in Income Tax Preparation. She has worked as a corporate accountant for the last 8 ½ years. She is licensed in the State of Oklahoma as a Certified Public Accountant. In addition to her business background, she loves to sing and has a passion for ministry. She hopes to be able to use both her business skills and other spiritual gifts in this position.

Diane Mauch
Office Manager
Diane Mauch has worked at Tealridge for over 5 years. Diane works the front desk switchboard and helps residents, guests and employees with their questions, needs and inquiries. She supervises and schedules a staff of 8 to cover the front desk 24/7. Diane has a husband of 32 years, Ron a Financial Advisor, and 2 grown children, Angela, a police officer, and Zach, an electrical engineer. Diane enjoys family, work, praise worship, bible study and collecting and learning about rare and exotic gemstones.

Patrick Onema
Dining Room Manager
Patrick Onema is from Africa. He is married and has one 6 year old son. He went to high school in Paris, France and graduated from Southern Nazarene University. He enjoys spending time with his family and working with the residents here at Tealridge.

Aaron Sechrest
Transportation Director
Aaron Sechrest is a 2003 graduate from Oklahoma Christian University with a Liberal Studies degree (emphasis in Math, Bible, and Communications). He lives in a house with 3 wonderful roommates, and has been happily working at Tealridge for 5 years. “My spiritual goal is to be a blessing to many people, and that is the one thing God has been helping me do. That is what keeps me going everyday.”

Katie Martinez
Assistant Social Services & Lifestyle Director
Katie Martinez is a student at Oklahoma Christian University working towards a Family Studies Degree with a Minor in Bible. She was recently married to Ryan in August. She began volunteering at Tealridge in February 2009 and started as an official employee in April. She is the youngest of 3 children and has lived in Colorado, Texas and Oklahoma.
